Lessons are filled with songs, games and gentle activities designed to make every visit enjoyable while encouraging learning through play.

  • Support balance, coordination and physical development.
  • Encourage social interaction.
  • Create positive experiences that help children enjoy swimming for life.

What happens in a lesson?

Fun, gentle and designed for your child's development.

Every Parent & Infant lesson is carefully planned to help babies and toddlers feel comfortable in the water while supporting their physical, social and emotional development. Children learn through play, songs and age-appropriate activities, all with the reassurance of their parent or carer by their side.

1. Welcome

Meet your teacher, settle into the pool and enjoy a relaxed start to the lesson. Every child is encouraged to learn at their own pace.

2. Learn through play

Songs, games and colourful equipment keep children engaged while introducing important water skills in a fun and supportive way.

3. Build confidence

Children gradually develop confidence through floating, kicking, safe entries and exits, gentle submersions and independent movement in the water.

4. Celebrate progress

Every achievement is celebrated. As confidence and skills grow, children are supported towards the next stage of their swimming journey.

Our experienced teachers understand that every child develops differently. There's no pressure to achieve milestones by a certain age, just patient encouragement, positive experiences and plenty of smiles along the way.
